Financial Controller

 DESCRIPTION

 

Daigle Brothers Inc., one of the Northwood’s most innovative steel fabrication and machining providers, has an immediate need for a financial Controller in beautiful, Tomahawk. WI. We are expanding our operation and require an individual who can be challenged to create their own work environment.

Minimum requirements include an Accounting Major at a 4 year college and 5+ years of financial management in a plant and/or manufacturing environment. CPA a definite plus. Duties to include:


• Complete Responsibility for the Company’s Books
• Financial Relationship Management

• General Ledger Maintenance
• Accounting System Conversions
• GAAP Financial Statements
• Budgeting
• Forecasting
• Payroll Processing

• Create and Manage Financial Policies and Procedures

• Journal Entries

• Management of Professional staff
• External Audit Management
• Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Closes including accruals
• Inventory Analysis
• Variance Explanations
• Cash Reporting and Account Reconciliations
• Frequent internal/external Client Interaction

• Last and Foremost, a Desire to “roll up one’s sleeves”, to Learn this Unique Operation, and Mentor others, as our Business Expands
