Credit Balance Auditor

Kelly Services, a Fortune 500 Service provider, has an immediate opening in Marshfield, Wisconsin, as a Credit Balance Auditor. 

 

Job duties and responsibilities include:
Audits and reconciles all credit/overpayments which involves individual decision making to determine appropriateness and receiver of refund; to include reversing of discounts, and/or transferring charges and payments to insure accurate account balance.
Responds to all credit balance inquiries from Customer Service, insurance carriers and government entities.
Corrects contract discounts/fee reductions to be compliant with established guidelines and contracted agreements. Initiates further review of accounts discounted due to community care.
Audits delinquent collection accounts to determine if any payments, cancelled and/or transferred charges were included in the turnover amounts.
Addresses and resolves customer service and other internal departments' credit balance issues through written and telephone correspondence.
Reviews, researches and resolves returned refund checks.
Posesses exceptional oral, written and listening communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a friendly, tactful and professional manner. Must display mathematical ability and organization skills.
Must have the ability to respond to unique cases in which clear policy and procedures are not always established.
Must have the ability to handle high levels of stress.

Maintains a thorugh knowledge of credit balance refund guidelines.

 

The work hours are flexible, working Monday through Friday.  This is a temporary position through September, 2006.
